Drawing upon my proficiency in photography, I played a crucial role in enhancing our deliverables by capturing and editing property images, effectively integrating them into our projects. This approach not only saved costs by eliminating the need for professional photographers but also streamlined our workflow, minimizing the time spent on communication and commissioning. This afforded us greater control over the entire process.
Given JLL's extensive leasing of properties across New England, I had the opportunity to engage in various signage projects, ranging from interior workplace designs to large-scale installations on or near building exteriors. These experiences provided invaluable insights into the complexities of managing such large-scaled projects.
Furthermore, I led the charge in upholding internationally recognized standards during the brand refresh, ensuring strict adherence to the updated JLL identity guidelines. This involved meticulous attention to detail, including proper logo usage, typeface selection, color palette application, and more.
Given the frequent hosting of events to attract potential clients and tenants, I often took charge of developing not only promotional materials but also event-specific assets. This entailed creating print and digital advertisements, e-mail campaigns, as well as event signage, collateral, merchandise, and prizes.
JLL's global network facilitated seamless communication among visual employees worldwide, fostering a sense of camaraderie and providing opportunities for collaboration and inspiration. Staying connected digitally and fostering friendships at annual events enriched our creative endeavors and reinforced our collective sense of purpose within the organization.
