Ferncroft Corporate

Ferncroft Corporate Center is an eight-story, 235,000 SF, Class A office building prominently situated on the Danvers/Middleton line. I have designed their entire identity, including their logo, flyer, e-mails, 3D illustrations, map vector designs, and marketing center environmental graphics.

The wall graphics, spanning from floor to ceiling, featured raised paneling to give depth to the images and icons. The wall also featured a 3D architectural stacking chart I digitally illustrated to highlight the building's various amenities. Additionally, I crafted a detailed vector map using a combination of digital illustration techniques and data sourcing.

Further, I designed windows graphics aimed at captivating passing tenant tours. These visuals were crafted using transparent vinyl decals, featuring the logo I designed and typography I built into the brand.

I was also responsible for all digital and print collateral produced for the listing. This included a bi-folded brochure, letter-sized floor plans, a thoroughly designed amenities map, and an e-mail sent to potential leads.
