Previously known as Realogy, Anywhere Real Estate sought to create their annual code of conduct under their new branding. This fresh brand identity embraced a vibrant color palette while emphasizing the importance of clean design and the use of negative space, particularly through white backgrounds.

A key aspect of this rebranding initiative was the revitalization of their photography approach. Opting for a refreshed style, Anywhere Real Estate showcased saturated colors, joyful models, and captivating architectural compositions. This approach aimed to not only reflect the dynamism of their organization, but also resonate with their audience, evoking a sense of positivity and aspiration.
By integrating the revitalized photography, vibrant color palette, and thoughtful use of compositional negative space, we developed a comprehensive course aimed at effectively educating the workforce on the organization's guiding principles.
We meticulously ensured the course was fully accessible and responsive, adhering strictly to Level AA web accessibility guidelines as defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We paid close attention to typography, ensuring all text was both visually appealing and highly readable across various devices. Where it added value, we thoughtfully incorporated iconography to enhance user understanding. We also made sure that all compositions were carefully aligned with the rebranding efforts. This thorough approach guaranteed a seamless, inclusive learning experience for all users, regardless of the device they used.
