260 Franklin

During my time at JLL, I led the comprehensive rebranding of the 260 Franklin building in downtown Boston. This project involved redesigning the entire brand identity, including the logo, website, brochure, printed floor plans, and more. I also handled all of the photography, capturing both interior and exterior shots to highlight the building's features.

To implement the new brand vision, I collaborated closely with the Frey Design firm on the website redesign. We incorporated topographic map textures, which I had integrated into the branding, to emphasize the building's prime location and its impressive number of floors.

Our approach combined sophisticated animations and transitions with adaptable layouts to convey the brand's elegance and versatility. The final website was fully responsive, ensuring seamless functionality across all devices and providing an optimal experience for diverse users.

We partnered with local printers to produce a bifold, square brochure, a design choice reflecting the building's unique shape. The brochure featured the topographic map texture, a refreshed color palette, and a matte finish that underscored the brand's elegance. It was paired with printed floor plans to showcase available spaces.

Additionally, I designed both a promotional email and an event invitation, aimed at highlighting the building's future availability. All materials featured photography that I personally captured, showcasing the building's revamped amenities and spaces.
